The open impeller assembly with a plurality of blades running close to the pump housing generates high pressure differentials with high flow rates in a compact unit. The contactless operation prevents wear and requires no lubrication. The ball bearings are mounted at the end of the shaft, which makes Dutair side channel blowers ideal for frequency control.

DB300

The 300 series takes a big step in pressure and capacity. These are side channel blowers that are used, among other things, in the smaller drying and fermentation processes. The series models achieve a 25% vacuum, which provides enough mechanical power to hold, move and lift products.

DB 400

Many industrial vacuum cleaners are already equipped with 400 series types. Provides flexibility on vehicles or for use in locations where insufficient electrical power is present. This included the aeration of breeding ponds, the transportation of gases and the degassing of containers. DB 500

While the 500 series is still in a manageable weight class, this series also generates high capacity with high pressure or vacuum. All this at an acceptable sound level in a connected pipework. DB 600

The IE3 motors with excellent power factor also result in a nic low current consumption in this series. Frequency control offers the 600 series an exceptionally large work range with specifications that can be carefully traced back from data sheets.
