Returns

It is always the intention of our team that our customers receive the correct item first time. However, we know that returns are necessary at times, so we have a clear, no-nonsense policy on returns to help you.

Unwanted Goods

Goods which are unwanted or purchased in error will be refunded to the full purchase price if the following conditions are met:

The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resale able condition.

Pumps must not have been filled with or immersed in liquid of any type.

We should be notified of an intention to return goods within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods, fill our returns form or email support@flowrate.com. Our team will take some details and will provide a Return Reference number.

The goods will need to be returned to Flowrate’s office, marked with a valid Returns Reference, at the customer’s own expense, within 14 days of original purchase. Collection can be arranged for an additional cost.

We regret that we are unable to accept items without a valid Returns Reference.

Faulty Goods

Where goods are subject to a manufacturer's warranty, a refund or repair will be offered free of charge provided the fault is caused by a manufacturing defect and not incorrect installation or operation. Also note our warranty only extends to non-electrical parts

If you encounter a fault with a product purchased from us, fill out our returns form or email us at support@flowrate.com. Please note that products may need to be inspected before authorizing a warranty claim. The customer is liable for the cost of this return if the fault is determined to be caused by incorrect installation or operation.

Repairing or replacing items does not extend the warranty period.

Brass Fittings & Connectors

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for brass fittings and connectors.
